［記者簡惠茹／宜蘭報導］繼昨天上午冬山鄉飛鴻肥料廠硫化氫外洩導致2死5傷的意外，今天凌晨宜蘭市的隆山冷凍廠又傳出氨氣外洩，附近不斷傳出阿麻尼亞的惡臭味，原來是冷凝管破裂，所幸無人傷亡，虛驚一場。
